Videographer

Northern Ireland

We are seeking a talented Videographer who can demonstrate their passion for video and creative thinking. The successful candidate will have plenty of ideas, energy, and enthusiasm and be able to work hard and fast on a variety of projects. You will be producing videos for our wide range of station brands and social platforms. You should have experience working with editorial content and be very social media savvy. You are a real team player who is enthusiastic about developing new ideas and taking the initiative daily.

The video projects will be highly varied, from in studio to social media and campaign-led videos. You'll be expected to have a good knowledge of trends in the radio, video, and social media industries and apply them to your work.

What you'll do:

Producing creative, impactful, and high-quality video that meets all aspects of the brief
Filming on site as well as on location, as required
Liaise with various departments to plan and execute shoots
Manage multiple projects across various brands to meet deadlines
Video editing, including animation, special effects and colour grading
Develop ideas, concepts, and storyboards in response to the brief and communication with wider team
Prepare video equipment and all associated requirements for shoots, events, and outside broadcast
Transport video and audio equipment to various sites for filming;
Ensure that equipment for all shoots is present and in working order
Be heavily involved in facilitating pre-production, production, and delivery of video content for station brands
Create motion graphics to enhance productions.
Record audio to a professional level.

• You are a creative thinker, able to manage video briefs and build a rapport with your team
• You have an ability to work quickly on a variety of projects to multiple deadlines
• You are detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial willing to bring fresh thinking for new formats and initiatives
• You are technically minded and able to troubleshoot problems
• This role will involve weekend and evening work, on occasions

• You have a minimum 3 years experience in video production
• You are proficient in and have experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
• Ideally, you will know about Sony camera systems
