The Opportunity
As an inhouse Videographer you will be working across our various brands to support our proposition messaging. You will work closely with the marketing team and product managers to create video and image content that supports our marketing messages.

You will be required to take responsibility for creating a whole programme of video content ranging from interviews, location shots, case studies, promotions and more, as the creative lead you will be able to propose the content you feel is best suited. You will own all elements from script development, directing and production through to editing.

Working between our corporate offices and customer sites, the willingness to travel is essential.

You will be expected to have your own professional equipment.

What we're looking for
Track record of producing and directing your own films and packages
The ability to self-shoot to a high standard on a range of cameras
A real passion for film, video and imagery
A creative mind set. To push boundaries and innovate, trying new things
Familiarity with research techniques and sources for the verification of the accuracy of material
Track record of working with contributors
Eye for details and good proof-reading skills
A positive can-do attitude
Track record of originating and developing compelling narratives and visuals within a programme
Proven ability to understand complex information and translate it into compelling video content
Excellent script writing skills with experience of creating imaginative film treatments
Experience of shooting and editing stills
Experience of cutting inserts or complete films
A clear understanding of the needs and profile of audiences across a variety of channels
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to persuade and influence others
Planning, organizing and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities
