We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Videographer to join the product team at AJ Bell. The team is responsible for the production, management and optimisation of content and journeys for AJ Bell's D2C audience across our web and app platforms.

The Videographer role will focus on bringing these journeys to life through the production of engaging video content that provides prospects and customers the support, education and insights that will enable them to get the most out of our platform. You will also collaborate with other teams around the business to support them in the creation of corporate video content, that will be used for internal communications and on external promotional channels.

What does the job involve?

Plan, film, and edit video content for the AJ Bell D2C platforms, including interviews, educational content, product explainers, how to guides, and market & investment updates.
Work with subject matter experts around the business to produce educational video content. Design and create supporting animations & motion graphics to help customers understand investing, including explaining different types of investments and accounts, our platform and investing and saving concepts.
Support our Brand & PR, Group marketing and Internal communications teams with the filming and editing of video content for their channels, along with producing video content with the CEO and at external events.
Contribute to new product launches with engaging video content. Support campaigns and coverage of financial markets news with ad-hoc video and podcast production.
Support Digital Marketing teams with production of video assets for use on social channels.
Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and work with marketing & product teams to ensure all media content is compliant with regulatory requirements.
Manage the recording spaces, ensuring equipment is suitable and kept in good working order.
Support in the production of regular and ad-hoc podcasts with presenters, and record interview segments with guests.
Monitor competitor activity along with best practice in industry and design trends to ensure we create market-leading, attractive, and engaging content.
Occasional travel to our London office to support the video team with filming interviews and evening investor events.
Competency, Knowledge and Skills:

3+ years' proven experience in video production and creation of motion graphics
Ability to run all aspects of video production independently.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including the following or equivalent software:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Audition
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Cinema 4D
Proficiency in using and maintaining professional digital video camera systems, video lighting and audio recording equipment.
Formal qualification in video production or equivalent
Experience in corporate video production
Ability to think creatively and translate complex concepts to video.
Confidence working high level business stakeholders.
Team working & problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated
