What You'll Be Doing:

Conceptualise, script, and storyboard engaging video content for EMJ's platforms, from long-form features to short-form reels.
Shoot high-quality video footage, ensuring adaptability across various formats and platforms.
Take charge of shoots, from set-up to talent direction, capturing the best moments in any environment.
Edit videos using industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, adding animations and motion graphics to elevate your work.
Travel globally to capture VOX-pop interviews, congress highlights, and unique behind-the-scenes content.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
Stay on top of trends, embracing innovation to create cutting-edge content that resonates with our audience.
What We're Looking For:

Technical Skills:

Mastery of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Suite.
Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and creative editing techniques.
Strong understanding of professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and achieving excellent results in quick-turnaround scenarios.
Knowledge of optimising content for social media platforms and using analytics tools.
Soft Skills:

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
Exceptional communication skills, confident in collaborating with talent and cross-functional teams.
Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.
Proven portfolio showcasing diverse video styles, including social media content.
Experience in video marketing, branding, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Information
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri
Working pattern: Hybrid min 3 days in the office (FT in office during probation)
Reporting to: Creative Director
Location: Our buzzing London/Moorgate office
We operate a hybrid working environment. We'd expect to see you in the office at least 3 days a week. During your probation, though, you'll be in with us all five days-it's the best way to get you up to speed and support your development. So, if you're after something fully remote, this probably won't be the right fit - we encourage people in office, where we people are achieving their personal and professional goals.
