ROLE:

Reporting into the Product Art Director, We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Videographer to help drive the growth of product video at Matchesfashion as we work to stay ahead of the competition in this important and fast-developing medium.

The successful candidate should have knowledge of luxury online retail, experience working in a studio environment, with an ability to stay on top of industry and photographic/videography developments. You will have previous videographer experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting, and be able to understand and demonstrate a strong knowledge of video production. You must also have an exceptional eye for detail as well as a commercial mind.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

· Lead the video capture of Matchesfashion on model product videos.

· Manage daily shootlists to ensure all deadlines are met.

· Work closely with the Post Production team to ensure concept is followed through to upload.

· Collaborate with Stills Styling team to maintain an on-brand and seamless customer experience between model and Stills Videos.

· Responsible for safety and upkeep of all video equipment.

· Work closely with Photography Manager to ensure a seamless workflow between photography and video sets.

· Produce guidelines and ensure all photographers are trained to use any video equipment necessary to the studio workflow.

· Working alongside the production team to build a sufficient freelance base to support business growth.

· To work under the guidance of the Product Art Director on business projects and future developments.

· Stay up to date with technical developments and industry standards, proposing seasonal quality/concept upgrades and technical improvements where possible.

Requirements
ABOUT YOU:

· Solid experience operating video and grip equipment in a busy studio environment.

· Expert working knowledge of Canon cameras and video lighting.

· Understanding of post production and Adobe Premier Pro

· The ability to solve technical issues on the fly.

· A natural ability to motivate others to achieve targets set.

· Excellent communication skills.

· The ability to adapt and evolve with change and growth of a team.
