This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on creative who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for capturing creator-driven stories that break through the noise.

Key Responsibilities

Shooting & Visual Execution

Collaborate with producers and talent to plan, set up, and execute shoots that align with creative goals and platform requirements.
Capture footage that is visually compelling, well-framed, and optimized for social and digital audiences.

Equipment & Technical Management
Operate and maintain a wide range of camera, lighting, and audio equipment, ensuring all gear is in top condition.
Adapt setups to a variety of shooting environments, from in-studio to on-location, often with tight timelines and limited crew.
Stay up to date on new technologies and tools that can elevate production value and workflow efficiency.

Creative Collaboration & Problem-Solving
Work closely with the editing team to ensure footage is captured to meet post-production needs and creative vision.
Anticipate production challenges on set and proactively offer solutions to keep shoots running smoothly.
Contribute ideas and creative input to elevate the visual storytelling of each project.

Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience as a videographer, ideally in digital-first or social media content.
Proficiency with cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema), lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
Strong understanding of shooting for shortform, vertical, and platform-specific formats (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
Ability to work efficiently on set, often with minimal crew and under fast-moving conditions.
Strong visual eye, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for digital content, creator-driven media, and cutting-edge production techniques.
