Job Introduction

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production and delivery of all our video content, we are looking for an all-rounder who is able to produce, shoot, direct and edit. An avid consumer of digital content with an in-depth understanding of what we and other publishers are doing, with great technical knowledge and training to help make our projects happen.

Main Responsibilities

Editing and shooting a wide range of content for our social channels and website
Camera operation, lighting, and sound recording, including setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones and props.
Working closely with the editorial team to generate content and video concepts
Ensure our video output is consistent and relevant, while overseeing budgets & monitoring the technical quality of final video

Person Specification

Excellent knowledge of video equipment, used in studio and location environments
Post-production skills including Photoshop, After Effects, Grading Audio
Proficiency in lighting, depth of field and other composition techniques
Skilled in video editing on the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Premier Pro, After Effects and Audition)
Confidence in managing a shoot environment
Sound understanding and interest in the fashion and beauty space
A working knowledge of social media and digital video platforms
