Videographer

London

Job Purpose

To perform various production related tasks to support, uphold and develop the quality of videography and high net worth creative output.


Main Responsibilities

Visit properties to capture videography and/or photography content to meeting production briefs in-line with Fourwalls standards and guidelines.
Liaise with our clients and their clients, where required, to discuss appointments, logistics, production requirements and briefs.
Attend video shoots, most commonly at residential properties in the UK, with access via vendors, clients or by collecting keys from a relevant location.
Pre-production planning with the support of operational and creative teams. Includes developing a knowledge of and obtaining relevant drone flight permissions where required.
Organise your own diary (where necessary) and manage your appointments in accordance with our standard procedures.
Log and organise captured content and upload files via specified channels, within agreed timeframes.
Liaise with high-end and high net worth clients as an ambassador of the business, its flagship production team and highest level of service.


Skills and Attributes Needed

Outstanding customer service focus and experience of liaising with high-end clients and high net worth individuals.
Ability to advocate for the business and pass relevant business development opportunities on to an Associate Director or Director.
Good technical knowledge of video production. Production experience preferred.
Photography experience.
Knowledge of post-production, including but not limited to the Adobe CC.
Flexibility to work to brief and interpret on-set client feedback to adapt and support best possible output delivery for client satisfaction.
Calm under pressure and adaptive to different shooting conditions, largely using natural and available light.
Confidence and organisation skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to constructively critique and review production processes and output to facilitate improvements.
Passion for sharing and obtaining technical knowledge and learning new techniques.
Clean UK driving license.
Passion for property, architecture and the built environment.

Reports to Derek Shepherd, Associate Director, in all of the above.

Please note that, as we are a small business, a degree of flexibility and job sharing is required.



Location: Working from home/remotely with occasional visits to the office. Requirement to regularly travel to London and home counties. Reasonable door-to-door travel expenses covered.

Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
