A new role to the business, your position will bring new levels of quality to the video output of Surrey CCC across the performance teams as well as the wider business. You will play a lead role to deliver best in class video content across all SCCC digital channels and support the delivery of key communications messages to target audiences.An understanding of, or experience within the world of cricket is not essential to this role. We are looking for people to join us on the journey of handing cricket over to future generations as the most inclusive and diverse sport in the world.What you'll doWorking within the Communications Team you will lead the production of video to promote the key messages of SCCC.Lead pre-production, shooting and editing of video content for Surrey and The Kia Oval.Help to shape the brand style and aesthetic for the different teams in the Surrey family and different formats of the game that are played at The Kia Oval.Ensure that video content is optimised for different platforms and audiences, to maximise effectiveness.Manage the SCCC video archive and ensure that it is kept up to date.Work across the organisation to source story-telling opportunities to promote SCCC and The Kia Oval.As our lead in-house videographer, you will be creating video content across the following areas:All Surrey men's First XI home domestic fixtures (with some attendance at away fixtures on an ad hoc basis)Surrey women's team and South East StarsAll international fixtures at The Kia OvalCommunications CampaignsPromotion of the work of the Surrey Cricket Foundation in the communityCorporate partnershipsCommunity projects run by Surrey CCC including the Ben Hollioake Learning Centre, Sixth Form State School programmeTicketing and Hospitality SalesConference and EventsMatch Day RequirementsYou will be expected to be available to work on the majority of domestic and international matchdays throughout the summer, this will include late evenings and weekends.RequirementsThe successful candidate will have the following experience / skills / qualities:Technical QualitiesAdvanced camera operating skillsAdvanced skill using video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere ProExperience in producing varied video content from pre to post-productionUnderstanding of working within brand guidelines to create a look and style that is consistentExperience of using motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is desirableDesirable SkillsA qualification within the following subjects is preferable: Videography, Video Production, Photography, Film, Television.
