Creative is at the heart of what we do at SURI and how we bring our products to the world. As a videographer and editor, you'll take the leading role in producing outstanding video creative. This will be predominantly across our digital advertising channels - where millions of people will see your work each week - but also across our website and organic channels. You'll work closely with the digital advertising team to create best-in-class concepts that tell our story in an engaging, persuasive and brand-building way.

Responsibilities
* Own video production & editing for SURI, taking concepts from idea stage to final execution
* Work with our growth and brand teams to create engaging ads and organic creative that persuasively tells our story through on-brand executions
* Take a leading role in idea generation for our digital advertising concepts and other video creative work
* Storyboard concepts, source shoot locations, actors (where necessary), equipment necessary to capture the content needed
* Run the editing process with fast feedback loops between the briefer and yourself

Requirements
* You're a talented, self-shooting editor and videographer with 2-4 years of experience (agency, in-house or freelance), shooting on various equipment from 4K+ cameras, DSLR's and even iPhones, both in a studio and on location
* You can get scrappy and work with limited budgets, finding resourceful ways to capture what you need
* You've experience working in a fast paced environment where we test and learn, and iterate on things quickly
* You are an expert on social media, including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok, knowledgeable about metrics to determine content ideas and engagement
* You're capable of taking a brief, and working through the production process, from advising at pre-production stage, producing detailed shot-lists and work across different execution methods, camera techniques, and lighting
* You're passionate about storytelling, and find interesting ways to hook and engage people with your content
* You are fluent in Premiere Pro and general video editing software, are confident in After Effects and are skilled at colour-grading
