Join the Wowcher Design team as a creative Videographer producing high quality videos across all Wowcher & LivingSocial platforms.

As our Videographer, you will contribute to the filming & editing of a lot of our video output for the daily deals going live on site.

We work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that is ideal for an individual who thrives under pressure, as well as who is happy to work independently. You will need to demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who consistently goes the extra mile to achieve a high standard across all videos produced.



Main responsibilities and duties:

Working across the business to establish appropriate creative for our site, app, social videos motion graphics

Filming and editing high-quality product & experience videos that meet the requirements of the specific brief provided

Staying abreast of new video formats and editing styles and learning how to incorporate them into creative outputs

Organising your own work with stakeholders to ensure all projects are produced on time

Sending final edits for approval and feedback as well as making adjustments to final edits based on feedback

Checking supplied videos to ensure that the files are to the correct specifications, including but not limited to file size, ratio, quality and duration

Seeing a project through to completion, including uploading final edits to site

With the potential to be filming in house and off site, with overnight stays alone or with other members of staff

Who You Are:

Previous experience of shooting videos, ideally with product video experience

Good understanding of audio - recording, voiceovers, mixing tracks, looping music, and utilising transitions

Knowledge of colour correction and grading footage to ensure consistency

Professional camera skills, and technical camera/equipment knowledge

Post production software skills, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop

Knowledge of Frameio, Motion Array & Asana is a benefit

Soft Skills required:

A passion for creative ideas coupled with an eye for detail

The ability to interpret a brief and turn it into an implementable plan

Create a short story telling video with any product or experience

Outgoing, able to communicate clearly with filming freelancers, professional models as well as staff volunteers

Organised, motivated, self-starter, often working independently, and within a larger design team
