Videographer

Birmingham

Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Videographer will support all aspects of video generation across the business, including: creating, managing, and reviewing from script, to storyboard, to end delivery. You will be part of a creative team with accountability for Video content that we produce and how it is shared and hosted.



This is a hands-on collaborative role working across the entire business, from Product and Field Marketing, through to PX, Talent, Internal Comms and many more.



The Videographer will use a variety of video skills, including filming, animation, and postproduction to create content that will be the lifeblood for new lead generation campaigns, both traditional outbound but increasingly focused on supporting, and expanding inbound digital marketing.



The use of video to support the engagement for internal communications is also a key part of the role and requires being able to advise and direct people from board level down



Please note this role is a hybrid role and requires attendance in Birmingham 2-3 days per week.

What You Will Do
The position requires a passion for video creative, a high level of creativity, an ability to work with virtual teams, to deliver high quality content and have a keen attention to detail.



You will have the opportunity to create work that is highly visible within Advanced marketing campaigns and the products we deploy - positively influencing the lives of thousands of our customers.

Collaborate with internal and external sources to produce or assist in the production of relevant and effective video content that meets the needs of both Advanced key stakeholders and our target audience
Learn about how best to utilise video to meet their requirements or business goals
WBe able to work on the end to end process from concepting, planning, filming, editing, motion graphics, and release
Ensure standards, guidelines, and processes are followed for videos within the business
Manage and maintain a video request process to ensure oversight and management of workload, allowing for prioritising and delivering content efficiently and on time
Produce a variety of scripted and unscripted content both on and off site, carrying out the filming, editing and colour grading
Create animated motion graphic videos
Manage video release platforms, subtitling, and thumbnailing of video content, including managing the company YouTube channel
Monitor video content analytics and apply learnings to future content
Ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
What You Will Have
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop and familiar with Audition and illustrator although training will be provided
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A dual-minded approach: highly creative but also able to be process-driven,
Confident and enthusiastic showing a strong ability to learn and expand the role
Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple market areas at the same time
Proactive, collaborative, flexible and organised
Commitment to excellence and accuracy
Curious about what is happening in the market about video and content
