This is a hybrid role and you will split your time between editing our in-app workout videos and other video content, managing our app content more broadly and producing assets for Third Space social media platforms (primarily Instagram but we are keen to expand into TikTok and YouTube)

Technical Requirements:
1) Video editing. You are well-versed in applications like Adobe Premiere Pro, including audio editing/mixing, colour-correction and masking capabilities;
2) Experience using Adobe After Effects to create and edit graphic overlays, and ideally familiarity with the following Adobe Creative Cloud apps: InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom and Media Encoder.
3) Experience using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is desirable.
4) Exceptional videography skills! You'll be able to demonstrate your experience shooting outstanding video content with in depth knowledge of DSLR & mirrorless cameras, their codecs and workflows. Experience shooting and editing vertical video content on mobile is also desired.

This role will require a confident and well organised individual who will be able to collaborate with our digital trainer community and monthly digital class filming schedule with relative ease as well as manage our app content. You'll be tasked with creating best-in-class, engaging content for use across multiple social media platforms (with a focus on vertical video - Instagram stories, reels and TikTok) and you'll closely monitor social feeds and trending topics for relevant opportunities to inject the brand into cultural moments, and opportunities for the brand to surprise and delight its audience.

Therefore, you will need to have an in depth understanding of the social media landscape and your entrepreneurial and proactive spirit will create opportunities to deliver compelling content that will help us on our mission to be the Third Space for our members and inspiring them to be their personal best. You'll be a superb storyteller, i.e. you understand what makes a great story and how to tell it across multiple digital channels using video content. You'll be well organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and your interest in health and fitness will inspire you to create great content and keep up to date with the latest industry trends.
