Videographer and Editor

CreativeDrive, now part of Accenture Interactive, is a tech-based, global production services company offering bespoke content solutions at unprecedented speed and one of the largest studio networks in the world.

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate videographer, editor and film maker to join our creative team. An individual who aspires to create compelling films for brands and stretch themselves creatively. This person has a great videography and editing reel and is looking to expand their portfolio.



Responsibilities
Work closely with the team to generate creative content and video concepts to deliver campaigns.
Communicate and conceptualize video ideas.
Camera Operation, lighting and sound recording
Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props.
Ensure consistency and relevancy to production; monitoring the technical quality of final video.
Prepare creative lighting requirements for both still and moving imagery.
Edit original content including commercials, brand videos, product demos, corporate videos, mood reels and pitch films. Assemble rough cuts from production rushes for commercials and promos.
Undertaking creative editing for client campaigns
Preparing and troubleshooting projects for broadcast, including legal and technical standards/requirements.
Manipulating existing graphic elements to regional broadcast standards and quoting time on jobs successfully.
Managing all relevant video assets including high end and low end quality.
Exporting, transcoding and trouble-shooting files for a broad spectrum of distribution channels where necessary and Clocking and Mastering ads for broadcast.
Undertaking localisation projects as required
Editing adaptation and re-versioning projects including shot replacement, retagging and cut-downs.
Editing, Audio lays, prepping artwork and creating and laying legal supers.


Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of video equipment (cameras and lighting) used in a studio and location environments.
Skilled in video editing on the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition)
Proficiency in lighting, depth of field and other composition techniques in order to consistently achieve and convey the required aesthetic result.
Experience in lighting and camera work
Storyboarding and treatment skills
Post-production skills including Photoshop, After Effects, Grading, Audio etc.
Broad knowledge of film making and advertising industry
A working knowledge and understanding of social media and digital video platforms.
