We're looking for a talented Videographer and Editor with experience (in-house, agency or freelance) of shooting in studios and on location, and producing content for social media and web. This role is a permanent position that will see you working across a wide range of exciting clients. One day you might be shooting a product film for a global drinks brand, the next recording a piece to camera for a B2B company or travelling across the UK for our nationwide client base.Our ideal candidate is someone who is capable of taking a brief and managing video projects from conception to delivery. You'll be comfortable contributing to pre-production and post-production tasks and processes including creating storyboards and shoot plans, to colour-grading and sound editing. Your portfolio should demonstrate your videography and editing skills, as well as being able to work across a variety of different video-based projects. You will have an excellent technical knowledge of using professional cameras and industry equipment for shooting high quality video productions, as well as being comfortable, skilful, and experienced in filming with Smart Devices/Phones to capture Lo-Fi short-form content. Above all, you'll have a passion for storytelling and the ability to craft a compelling narrative and create visually stunning work. As we work with clients spread across the UK, some travel may be required at times. For this reason, you must have a full UK driver's license and access to a car. What you can expect day-to-day. Plan, produce and edit high-quality and engaging video content for our client's social media channels and digital campaigns.Collaborate closely with the content team to develop video concepts and storyboards.Support with the production of our in-house agency podcast, overseeing filming sessions and managing the initial edit.Being involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production.Stay up-to-date and identify video trends across relevant social platforms to pitch concepts and ideas to clients.Bring fresh ideas to the table, pushing our agency's creative boundaries. Who you are. Previous experience working as a videographer, video editor or video producer.High proficiency in key video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques and audio recording.Strong understanding of creating video for different social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines, and prioritize accordingly.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, can-do attitude and creative flair.Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shooting requirements, if such requests come in. Desirable skillsAdaptability to differing client demands.Strategic big picture thinking, and an understanding of the wider digital marketing mix.Solid understanding of creative and design across various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter) and YouTube.Finger on the pulse when it comes to social video trends.
