Spectrum.Life currently employs over 260 people, including over 125 clinicians.Our vision is to change and save as many lives as possible.ROLE BRIEFWe have an exciting opportunity for a Video Technician and content producer in our newly opened broadcast studio in Manchester. This person will be a skilled Video Technician and editor but will also be a self-starter who can work on their own initiative. You will be a key member in the development of our new studio working with our Content Manager remotely from Ireland. This is an important role in our growth in the UK and we are hoping for a start date as soon as possible.RESPONSIBILITIESOperate PTZ remote cameras, audio devices and lighting equipmentLive broadcasting of events hosted from our Manchester wellbeing studioEditing and post-production of video contentUploading content to our online portalsQuality check and analysis of online content before release to clientsAnalysing portal user data to help determine future content directionContributing to brainstorming sessions and helping develop our content planContribute innovative ideas that bring our content to life across social & digital channelsLead & direct a video project team and take responsibility for the completion of projectsREQUIREMENTSExperience of Adobe Creative suite, including Premiere Pro and AuditionExperience of VMIX broadcasting software is essentialA flair for video editing and productionProven problem-solving abilityAbility to make decisions under pressure.A creative thinker with attention to detailKnowledge of video social channels, TikTok, Reels, Stories etc.DESIRABLEQualified to Degree or Diploma level or relevant experienceExperience in broadcasting and/or event productionA passion for health and wellbeing and experience in the industryWHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WORKING AT SPECTRUM.LIFEFull-time permanent contractCompetitive salary (Dependent on experience).Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm25 days annual leave24/7 EAP and a wide range of health and wellbeing supportsExtensive list of employee perks and benefits
