We are looking for a number of Video Production Coordinators to provide further support to a very busy media team within an established events and media production company, recognised as a UK Great Place to Work, based in Cheadle, Cheshire.As part of a wider operations team, you will assist with the day to day running of video related projects through our studio by producing project estimates and schedules, managing resourcing, and ensuring production processes, including quality checking, are adhered to. You will also assist Producers and Project Managers with delivering larger projects, managing smaller projects independently as the role develops. As is the case with projects there are often changes that can result in tight deadlines, so the ability to keep all the plates spinning is key!Demonstrating a keen interest in video and media projects and with experience in video production gained within a project driven environment, you will be expected to be self-motivated to scope, understand and monitor the development process from brief stage through to delivery.During a period of growth for this department, this is an exciting role with a lot of activity.... we're always looking to produce new and exciting things ...and have fun doing it.RequirementsWhat will you be doing? * Day to day management of video projects through the studio * Management of internal and third-party resource according to schedules * Internal team communication * Project estimates, with input from the wider team as needed * Scheduling and timeline managementRequirements * Some experience gained within a video production coordination/administration role within a project driven environment * Attention to detail and an excellent command of UK English grammar, spelling and punctuation for quality checking * Positive can-do attitude and ability to use initiative * Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, calmly and efficiently * Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite will be beneficial * A good grasp of video technologies, encoding and standards is expected * Both PC and Mac literate will help in day to day tasks and flexibility * Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite * Experience of Project and agency management tools is beneficialBenefitsWhen joining aps, it's not just a job, you're starting a career.
