This role involves two main responsibilities: coordinating filming days with our expert contributors and assisting the videographer. Job DescriptionAbout the roleYour main responsibilities will include: Coordinate with a growing number of our expert contributors and serve as a central point of contact for managing scripts, ensuring clear communication between them and the content teamFacilitate the scheduling of filming slotsConducting venue searches as neededPlan and organise international trips related to filming including travel logistics, accommodation and itinerary managementSupporting on the uploads process with the view of potentially being responsibleArrange equipment rental as needed liaising with local rental housesCollaborate closely with the videographer, providing support and assistance as required, with the goal of developing skills and expertise to transition into a videographer role within the teamEditing and delivering videos for our animatorsOperate teleprompter equipment during filming sessionsAssist with the setup and breakdown of equipment on filming daysQualificationsMust haves2+ years experience in video production. Within education is a plusExperienced using Premiere Pro. After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plusA good understanding of cameras and related equipment.
