Video Production Assistant

Who we are looking for

We're in search of a video producer to join our team, reporting to the Head of Animation. This role involves two main responsibilities: coordinating filming days with our expert contributors and assisting the videographer.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:



Coordinate with a growing number of our expert contributors and serve as a central point of contact for managing scripts, ensuring clear communication between them and the content team
Facilitate the scheduling of filming slots
Conducting venue searches as needed
Plan and organise international trips related to filming including travel logistics, accommodation and itinerary management
Supporting on the uploads process with the view of potentially being responsible
Arrange equipment rental as needed liaising with local rental houses
Collaborate closely with the videographer, providing support and assistance as required, with the goal of developing skills and expertise to transition into a videographer role within the team
Editing and delivering videos for our animators
Operate teleprompter equipment during filming sessions
Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment on filming days
Qualifications
Must haves

2+ years experience in video production. Within education is a plus
Experienced using Premiere Pro. After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plus
A good understanding of cameras and related equipment. Experience with Blackmagic cameras are a plus
Strong organisational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
