We are looking for a top-notch Video Producer and Motion Designer to create slick and highly engaging content for use across multiple platforms. Someone who really knows how to deliver the 'wow' factor with a 'get sh*t done' attitude.

As a natural-born creative who thrives on delivering the goods, you will love to keep busy and have the ability to spot the golden moments of opportunities to film.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Marketing is the driving force behind Property Hub. You will inherit an audience, tens of thousands strong and eager to consume everything we do.

This is a fast-paced and multi-skilled role.

On a typical day, you might be:
* Evaluating briefs, looking for opportunities to add value to them
* Creating and managing shooting schedules, organising logistics and appropriate sites
* Brainstorming and storyboarding new video concepts
* On location shooting behind-the-scenes footage of upcoming developments
* Creating engaging content for use across our social channels including face-to-camera filming and motion graphics
* Creating snippets of our internal culture
* Liaising with the marketing team to ensure delivery of concepts are on track to meet deadlines and that content produced is in line with the overall strategy
* Producing a range of cohesive educational videos and online courses
* Experimenting with different styles of footage

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING FOR...

Our podcast has over 200,000 monthly listeners and has cemented itself as the UK's most popular business podcast. There are also over 40,000 active members within our online community.

If that was not enough, we are also publishers of a quarterly magazine, have written a number of best-selling books, and hold more than 35 free events across the country and internationally every single month.

We are also regularly featured in the national press.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You will be a master in your craft with a thorough understanding of editing video using Premiere Pro. You will also have the ability to create engaging motion graphics with After Effects and Photoshop, with some nice case studies to prove it.

You will know your way around DSLR cameras, lenses, sound equipment and lighting kits, and be unflappable under pressure. We put out a dizzying amount of content and our schedules are hectic, so you will need to ensure that briefs are tight and deadlines are achievable.

Your portfolio will demonstrate your talent and have a wide range of video styles to showcase this; if you have any campaign stats to share with us, even better!
