Our core services are property maintenance and refurbishment and we operate in London and Brighton. In addition to high quality workmanship we have a strong emphasis on customer services and we think that it's important that this approach comes across in all our company marketing. The successful candidate will be part of a small but enthusiastic marketing and IT team. This role will represent a new and innovative approach to marketing in this field of business and as such the ideal candidate will be ready to contribute lots of ideas and limitless energy. The work will involve travel around London, interviewing customers, meeting engineers and creating videos on a wide range of topics. You'll need to be a people person and hopefully you are also resilient, resourceful and up for a challenge. Ideally you will meet most or all of the following criteria: * General experience in the overall production and editing of film and photography - you could be a recent graduate or a seasoned pro; if you think this sounds interesting then we're happy to hear from you. * Have a decent portfolio of work that we can take a look at, ideally includes producing short videos and working with applications such as Vimeo and YouTube. * You will need to be able to drive and a knowledge of driving in London will be an advantage. * A detailed understanding and working knowledge of social media - including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Flickr. * Own the necessary equipment and software to do the job - if you are the right person but come up short in this area then we'd still like to hear from you. * An understanding of customer service basics - you'll be working directly with our customers and staff so you'll need to be happy interacting with people and know how to work with them effectively. * You should be well organised with lots of creative ideas. Happy working on your own with limited brief as well as having the ability to follow instructions. We also need you to be dynamic and pro-active, have a flexible attitude and great attention to detail. This position is ideally suited to a graduate or someone with some experience but any CV demonstrating most or all of the above attributes will be considered. It is a paid role for a minimum initial period of three months. Contract terms and salary are negotiable and will depend on experience.
