Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role
We are recruiting a Pedagogical Producer to join a newly-formed embedded team. You will work alongside this team of producers, editors and motion designers, to create engaging pedagogical and digital learning films for an Executive Education Client based internationally.

The Producer will report to the Creative Director and the Lead Digital Learning Producer to help guide video and digital projects from brainstorming through final delivery. The role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with the ability to juggle multiple projects in different stages of production, manage internal and external expectations, know the ins and outs of the video production and motion design, to illustrate and bring to life key learning objectives and takeaways for program participants.

· This is a role that needs a confident, enthusiastic individual who was first to put their hands up in class and isn't scared of trying new things.

Requirements
· Specialized experience producing pedagogical/educational type videos.
· At least 5 years experience in-house or agency side.
· Experience directing shoots and ideally with on-camera coaching.
· Be able to assist in developing creative briefs and working with editors and motion designers to deliver against the approved brief.
· Ability to analyse and digest complex concepts and distill them into engaging, visual and clear takeaways.
· A strong knowledge of production and working alongside animators.
· Clearly demonstrate and show examples of production experience.
· A knowledge of Adobe suite, with a strong understanding of Premiere Pro and After Effects workflows being a real bonus.
