Spotlight Sports Group is a sports betting media company. The company operates Racing Post, MyRacing, Free Super Tips, Pickswise, Soccerbase, ICS-digital & ICS-translate. Our global B2B division provides a range of services across multimedia betting content, media partnerships and trading solutions.

We are currently looking for a Video Producer with a passion for sports to be the go-to specialist in producing and creating video content that we can use across our digital platforms.

Accountabilities:
* To produce and vision mix our weekly long form discussion shows such as the Postcast.
* Be able to quickly turn around video content from start to finish to produce a clean end product that our viewers can enjoy.
* Writing running orders for our shows.
* Have an in-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms and know which type of video format works on each.
* To produce and create content which engages our growth audience, help drive increased betting revenues and sales of SSG products directly from our social channels.
* Work with the wider marketing team, commercial teams and talent on a daily basis to create quality content across all of the SSG's social channels
* Conceptualise, pitch ideas and create content from start to finish and be able to take ownership of projects
* The ability to recognise what will resonate with both our current audience and our targeted audience and diversifying content per platform in keeping with the audience insights
* Ensure that SSG branding is at the forefront of all video production

Requirements
Essential experience
* A strong interest in the latest online video trends and ability to translate that awareness into high-quality video content .
* Advanced video editing skills including a clear understanding of audio and colour correction.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
* Advanced knowledge and experience with studio based shoots and vision mixing live.
* Experience in producing professional video using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
* Have a record of working to a deadline
* Ability to write headlines, descriptions, keywords and strong attention to detail
* Must be available to work weekends/overtime when big meetings or sporting events are occurring
* Strong data analysis skills to allow you to interpret figures and make informed decisions when optimizing content
* Excellent sports betting and horse-racing knowledge
