Video Producer & Editor (Full-time Job)

Location: BERLIN, Germany - This is a full-time position (40h/week) with hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.

Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. In short, it's the "Netflix" of the dance world. Founded in 2021 in Berlin, it has rapidly grown with subscribers worldwide. The top countries are the USA, Europe, and Japan. We produce Masterclasses, Follow-Along Training Videos, and Documentary Films.

Who You Are
You are a Content-Driven Video Producer with a strong editorial instinct - but you're also hands-on in the edit. You're not a traditional film editor waiting for someone else to shape the story. You actively co-develop the structure, tone, and pacing of each piece and bring the footage to life with your own edits.

You:

Think content-first - You understand what makes a story engaging, how to structure educational or artistic material, and how to make expert voices come alive in post.

Own the process - From early planning stages to final delivery, you take responsibility for your projects and drive them forward.

Edit yourself - You're not delegating the actual cuts - you enjoy editing and are fast, precise, and creative with the material.

Shape the story - You have a strong sense for storytelling: structure, rhythm, tone

Collaborate cross-functionally - You work closely with directors, instructors, and freelance editors.

Stay up to date - You follow trends in visual storytelling, understand what works on digital platforms, and are open to integrating new tools, including AI.

Minimum Requirements:
Over 3 years work experience
Expertise in Adobe Premiere
