You'll bridge creativity and performance, directing high-impact ads, testimonials and brand films for Meta and TikTok, and iterating based on data insights. You'll collaborate closely with Strategists and Producers to deliver bold, human-centred visual content that drives measurable results.
Requirements
3+ years' experience directing commercial or performance content (agency / e-commerce preferred)
Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats, hooks, pacing and scene variety
Proven experience directing talent on set (actors, founders, customers)
Good knowledge of post-production and editing for social-first ads
Excellent communication skills (English spoken and written) and on-set leadership
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple projects
Experience creating content for other platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels) is a plus
Stay current with Meta and TikTok trends to ensure our content remains relevant and scroll-stopping
Passion for filmmaking, storytelling and creative experimentation.

Responsibilities
Direct multi-framework shoots (UGC, VSL, testimonial, product, lifestyle and brand film)
Lead creative vision from treatment to delivery, scripts, storyboards, and art direction
Direct actors, models, founders and real customers to capture authentic, performance-driven moments
Maintain accurate footage organisation, naming conventions, and metadata for post
Ability to operate camera, lighting and audio equipment
Collaborate with Strategists to translate data insights into visual solutions that improve KPIs
Partner with Producers to develop shoot plans that balance creativity with budget and timeline
Stay up-to-date with Meta and TikTok creative trends and best practices
Experiment with new approaches and technologies to elevate Hambi's visual output
Present creative direction and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
