To produce moving images content across multiple channels- digital screens, social and Mothercare/ELC website. As a video producer/editor you will be working on a wide variety of content e.g. fashion clothing and toys videos, product demo/installation videos, promotional/campaign based animations, in-store research/customer interviews and filming/photographing at internal events such as press show, conference and expectant parents events.Key Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesFilm, edit and animateWork with the creative production manager and the wider production team in planning video shootsLiaise with the marketing team to ensure campaign/promotional content, elements and look and feel are consistent for in-store digital screens POS animationsLiaise with external production companies and act as the central contact in producing videos such as carseat installationSupport internal communication e.g. film CEO and other exec members for results updateSupport Threefold by uploading supplier videos to digital screens and YoutubeWork with the social team and PR team on various projectsEnsure all content delivered is of a high standard and brand guidelines are adhered toResearch creative video trends and educate the business in video productionOrganise video files and ensure they are archivedUpload videos to relevant platforms e.g. Embed, Scene 7, Youtube, Concrete/LaunchpadKey RelationshipsWider Production team e.g. photographyMarketing teamSocialInternationalThreefoldExternal agenciesKnowledge & SkillsEvidence of strong visual skills and creative thinkingDemonstrate strong skills in animation, video editing and filmingHave an understanding of video work flow, file types and codecs, pre-production and post-productionTeam player with excellent communication skillsStrong knowledge of Premiere Pro and After EffectsIntermediate skills in colour correction, Photoshop and IllustratorKnowledge of production equipment including cameras e.g. Canon Mark 5d, Blackmagic URSA, basic lighting.Audio recording and editing experienceAble to juggle multiple tasks to tight deadlines
