Are you a video content creator with a passion for social media and digital platforms? Are you an action-oriented, creative person? Do you have the ability to see things through from idea to production and editingWe develop and publish content that enables the LEGO Group to be a trusted voice around the themes of kids' creativity, imagination, play and development. This role will create videos that deliver high reach and engagement amongst parents on social media platforms.Your specific tasks include:• Producing high quality, highly engaging video content to grow a global audience of parents of young children, as part of an exciting new editorial team at the LEGO group• You will be a video and visuals editor and producer, within a fast-paced team tasked with delivering annual total content reach in the hundreds of millions• Driving growth of audience and engagement on Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube• Ensuring that LEGO channels are amongst the top global brands, as measured by performance on social media platforms• Helping to define a content strategy that will enable us to entertain and inform parents with digital content they love to watch and shareChallenges and OpportunitiesThis is a wonderful opportunity to have an impact on parents and children's lives through content that delights and inspires them and helps them play and grow together. This means that you can expect a fast-paced production environment and that we need to be at the forefront of a change in mindset as LEGO embraces the new world 'mobile age' of social media.Do you have what it takes?• Excellent knowledge of the processes and tools required to deliver cutting-edge digital content, in particular video editing software and hardware, and a proven track record of being part of a video content operation• Experience of creating content within a media organisation, production company or content agency, with a track record of growing online audiences through social channels• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure editorial ideas are pitched, developed and produced in a quality manner and that feedback and input from others is encouraged and appreciated • Highly creative, with a passion for making great content• Good knowledge of image-editing software such as Photoshop or InDesign would be preferable, but not essential • Ability to organise and plan your workload to cope with multiple productions in parallel • An awareness of, or experience with, parents' media channels would be preferable, but not essential • A good understanding of using performance analytics and data insights to drive success• Excellent/advanced English language required
