Due to our ongoing success, we are now looking for a Video Editor to join our growing Delivery Team.

This role is pivotal to the successful delivery - on time, on budget - of our Digital Transformation (DTaaS) services to our clients and subsidiary businesses.

At the heart of our evolution is our Customer focus - you will be expected to be working directly with partners and operational teams on a day to day basis using their skills to support business change.

Purpose of the role:

As Video Editor, you will be expected to deliver fully edited creative features and promotions for all customer and internal projects. From logging to final cuts, you'll be working alongside videographers, graphic designers, and creative leads to maintain a high standard of video output. You'll be expected to present features to all interested parties and manage the delivery process via our CMS. Either working hybrid in our highly creative inhouse studio or remote (depending on circumstances), you'll have the support from an experienced team which will allow you the head space to express your flair and technical prowess.

This is a full time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding and feedback to set briefs and guidelines
Self-manage tasks in conjunction with the creative and marketing team
Understanding our target industry and maintaining our brand image
Logging footage for edits
Creating assembly and rough cuts
Sourcing music and audio effect
Grading and colour correcting
Creating motion graphics
Output in the relevant formats for features and social media
Cutting teasers and trailers
Organising and manage media storage
Liaising with content managers about production
Required Skills and Experience:


3+ Years' experience in a commercial editing environment
Excellent working knowledge of Final Cut Pro
Experience using Adobe CC Suite video tools
Excellent understand of editing technology, screen space & typography
Passionate about eye-catching film and media
Competent with MS365 Office tools
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment that involved working on a variety of projects and with different departments
The ability to understand the requirements of a brief and can follow instructions
Must hold full UK Driving License and willing to travel to our Kent office.
Experience in the angling industry a bonus.
