Your workload will focus on creating and editing videos for gaming-focused content creators, and you'll collaborate with our wider team to execute on projects and deliverables for our clients.This is an in-office, full-time position on a 12-month contract.Daily ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day will include working with the wider creative team to collaborate on projects and tasks, taking initiative to continually improve our standard of work, and providing our clients with best-in-market results. Your responsibilities could include:Creating and collaborating on both long and short-form content for creators on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.Assisting the wider team in the ideation process for ongoing and upcoming projects.Tackling the challenges of Photoshop to design and develop eye-catching thumbnails with guidance and training.Reviewing your peers' work to provide constructive feedback and produce the best final product.As part of our core team, you'll work independently or as part of a small team. The ideal candidate is expected to:Take pride in and ownership of your work and the content you're producing.Independently, and as a team, provide accurate time estimates for projects and tasks.Be able to materialize complex thoughts into deliverables.Contribute to briefs and specification documents for the wider team to work from.From time to time, work under pressure and with tight deadlines.Work closely with the rest of the team, seeking feedback when required. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills who isn't afraid to ask for help or voice their opinion when needed.RequirementsA degree, relevant qualification, or industry experience in Video Production, Digital Media Production, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related fields.Existing knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Premiere Pro or After Effects.A good understanding of gaming, gaming-related content, and the YouTube/Twitch/Facebook Gaming ecosystem. Bonus points if you're an avid or casual gamer!Good organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities, maintain an overview, and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.Nice to HavesExperience with Cinema4D or BlenderExperience with Element 3DExperience with Motion GraphicsAbove-average design skillsIllustration skills.
