Only apply if you have experience editing ad creatives for e-commerce performance marketing (Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads). We're looking for someone who understands how to craft scroll-stopping videos that convert. Experience with DTC ecommerce brands is a must. You must also have experience editing German ad creatives, as the role will primarily involve producing ads for the German market.

Now, we're looking for a full-time Video Editor (40 hours/week) to bring our ad creatives to life - someone who can take raw footage and turn it into powerful, polished videos that drive sales and build our community.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities
Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
Edit and localize ads specifically for the German market
Bring creative briefs to life with fast, compelling edits that match the hook, angle, and storyline
Work closely with content creators, creative strategists, and media buyers to deliver assets that perform
Collaborate on new ad concepts and contribute creative input during brainstorming
Stay ahead of platform trends, meme culture, and editing styles to keep our content fresh
Manage and organize video assets, templates, and versioning for efficient turnaround
Continuously iterate based on data and feedback to improve performance
