We're looking for a talented video editor and motion graphic designer with a passion for creating impactful, on-brand, audiovisual content.

You'll work within the Global Marketing Team, collaborating with Content and Design to create a variety of videos, podcasts, motion graphics and social media content.

Regular activities and responsibilities:
* Produce and edit a wide range of video content
* Craft motion graphics and animations to help us tell our story about our services and values
* Create and edit video content for social media and our website
* Own your projects from start to finish (scripting, storyboard, production, post-production)
* Lead and maintain look and feel for all video assets in line with our brand guidelines
* Understand, contribute to, and follow content calendars
* Apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices
* Know how to create and optimise video for social channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
* Develop and maintain a motion graphics style guide in direct conjunction with our brand
* Help us develop and produce media content (e.g. webinars, podcasts)
* Occasional filming for live events and interviews

Requirements
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Software such as After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition; or other editing software like Final Cut or AVID.
* Conceptualise audiovisual content based on requirements.
* Degree in Post-Production, Motion Design, Visual Communication or equivalent proven experience.
* Advanced Animation skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and quality control
* Strong at prioritising and managing your own workload
* Proactive, resourceful and creative with a positive attitude
* Collaborative, team-oriented, as well as able to work autonomously
* Great communication skills (written and verbal)
* Basic knowledge of colouring and sound mixing.
* Basic understanding of graphic design principles
