We're looking to expand our team of video editors to help create world-class, educational videos. You'll be working with our 3 current editors and videographer to take raw footage and craft an inspiring, entertaining video for our platform.

This is the perfect role for someone who has video editing experience and would like to build on that in a dynamic, start-up like business. There's no bureaucratic paperwork or super-long protocols to follow, you'll have tons of freedom to explore your creative side and impact millions of people.

Location: Central London, UK (You will need to be able to commute at least twice per week)

Pay: £30,000 - £40,000

Requirements
3+ years experience as a video editor. This is not a deal-breaker if your work is amazing
Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro with experience in Final Cut
Experience working with motion graphics
An understanding of Adobe After Effects
Some experience working as a videographer, operating Sony cameras is desireable (but not essential)
You're based in the UK, with the right to work in the UK, and able to work from our Central London office (a minimum of 2 days in person).
An understanding of and interest in the creator economy, and knowledge of the levers to gain growth on YouTube and other platforms.
You're hands-on, always bringing ideas to the table and you're looking to make a difference and have an impact.
You're able to work to shared deadlines and have content ready to publish when it's needed, always looking to stay ahead of the game.

In 4 years, the YouTube channel's grown to 3M subscribers, with hundreds of thousands of followers on out other platforms. Our content aims to help people be more productive, learn better, become financially independent, and generally live happier, healthier lives.

The medium-term aim is to continue to make more content, make it really good, and put it out for free across our social platforms. Our paid online courses fund our business operations, and help us create (hopefully) world-class free content. I'm also in the process of writing a book, which will hopefully be published mid-2023, and if it's a banger, it'll hopefully take our business to the next proverbial level. We're also launching a new podcast (similar to Tim Ferriss / Impact Theory) where we interview inspiring people about how they got to where they are + how they find joy and fulfilment in their work and life.
