Brave Bison are looking for a talented video editor to launch a sustainable living channel across multi social media platforms. The right candidate is an ambitious self-starter who is excited about creating empowering and shareable online content. We want to build a community that brings people together and creates a social hub of "all things good" and conscious living - all delivered in a youthful, entertaining tone of voice. You must be someone who not only has the creative and organisational skills to produce/shoot and edit short form video projects, but is also passionate about elevating the channel through progressive, creative and shareable online content.

You must be willing to get stuck in as we are a fast growing, entrepreneurial company. You need to have strong attention to detail, an outgoing personality, and the ability to think on your feet. Candidates must be self-starters, able to handle quick turnarounds on video deliveries. You will be asked to oversee multiple projects at once; so being able to multitask is key.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Is excited to push the envelope of what digital video can do on social media platforms and in online environments.
* Has extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software
* Has extensive knowledge of video formats and codecs
* Understanding and practise of animation in After Effects and other programs
* Is committed to finding new ways to approach the conventional forms of short-form storytelling.
* Is able to collaborate with different creative teams and departments.
* Has a desire to embrace new experiences and to continue to learn more about your craft.
* Excellent organisational skills and able to work to post-production schedules, managing multiple projects
* Uses social media and understands how to publish on platforms in particular Facebook and YouTube
* Is culturally clued up and in particular is immersed in internet culture, understanding what Gen Z love to watch and engage with on social platforms.

Qualifications:
* Circa 1-2 years experience working in digital video production
* Deep and demonstrated knowledge of current social media technologies and platforms.
* Must have a strong knowledge of the video, audio, graphic & post-production process.
* Media degree advantageous but not a requirement
