We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join the LADbible Originals team!

You'll play a key role in editing a variety of original series including Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, The Eleven, Minutes With, Honesty Box, Do You Even Know Me? among others. You'll have a sharp editorial eye, a strong understanding of social-first video, and a passion for creating content that resonates with a youth audience.

You'll work across the full production cycle, from editing engaging short-form and mid-form video to managing media, and ensuring all edits meet brand and platform standards.

What the opportunity looks like
Creative Responsibilities
Edit engaging social-first content for LADbible Originals across Factual, Entertainment and Sport, with a high level of creativity, speed, and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and production teams to deliver edits that reflect LADbible's unique voice and editorial tone.
Deliver to multiple social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Undertake colour correction, sound mixing, and mastering across all edits.
Support occasional animation or motion graphics tasks in After Effects.
Stay up to date with social and video trends, applying learnings to your work.

Organisational Responsibilities
Manage media and archiving of your edits, maintaining clean project workflows and backups.
Take direction from Lead and Senior Editors, while confidently managing your own projects and deadlines.
Guide and support junior editors in best practices and technical standards.
Maintain high standards across every edit, ensuring content is on brand, on message, and on deadline.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have
3+ years of professional video editing experience in a production company, publisher, agency, or branded content team.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong skills in After Effects and Photoshop.
Confident in colour grading and sound mixing to social and broadcast standards.
Experience editing both editorial content and branded partnerships is a plus.
A passion for youth culture, storytelling, and creating highly shareable social content.
Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining high creative standards.
A natural problem solver with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Calm under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities.
