We are looking for a hands-on all-round Video Editor with end to end project production experience to join our team. If you have at least 3 years' commercial experience working in a creative agency as a Video Editor, we want to hear from you.

This role is a hands-on production role working with a variety of clients to deliver high quality results to tight deadlines.

To be successful you will:

Have at least 3 years commercial industry experience working as part of a team in an agency environment
Be technically strong with an excellent knowledge of Premier Pro and the Adobe suit of programs.
Be passionate about the creative process with a good understanding of what makes good content and able to use a variety of methods to tell engaging and compelling stories
Be a hands-on all-rounder, with a good balance of experience as a video editor, camera person, producer/director who is able to create high quality content and with a good understanding of theme, pacing and style.
Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the end to end successful delivery of fast paced media projects to the required standard and deadlines.
Have solid experience of working with clients and taking the "lead" on projects with a good knowledge of professional media equipment (e.g. microphones, cameras, lighting, etc.)
Be able to use excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships both externally and internally. Managing day to day client contact taking ownership of client guidelines as well as liaising with the Business Development team on preparing proposals and managing crew.
Be highly organised and be able to prioritise effectively, keen eye for detail, budget awareness,
