We're looking for a Video Editor & Digital Content Producer with a strong background in video production to join our growing Marketing & Communications team.This role is pivotal in bringing our 2025 communications strategy to life, where you'll be responsible for creating engaging, social-first video content that showcases our products, employees, advertisers, podcasters and brand initiatives.In this role, you'll craft engaging, high-quality videos spanning thought-leadership video, product walkthroughs, educational video, video ads, and original series aimed at both B2B (talking to advertisers) and B2Creator (talking to podcasters) audiences. From concept to final cut, you'll leverage your editing and Adobe Suite expertise to infuse our brand with eye-catching visuals that position Acast as the leaders in podcasting.One day you'll be grabbing a podcaster in the London studio to shoot entertaining social content, the next you'll be creating product-focused video content featuring motion graphics and uploading your work for thousands to see.You'll be a storyteller, a creative producer, and video editor, all rolled into one.Key Responsibilities:Video Editing & Post-Production:Produce, film, and edit short- and long-form video content for Acast's brand for multiple platforms, including website, social (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc) and beyond.Bring video editing skills including filming footage, cutting and arranging footage, motion design, adding transitions, animation, music & sound effects, and adding text overlays and captionDevelop and integrate custom graphics, text overlays, and animated elements using After Effects (and/or similar software). Incorporate brand elements (logos, color palettes, typography) in engaging ways to enhance viewer experience.Experiment with 2D/3D elements, kinetic typography, and other motion design techniques to push creative boundaries.Digital Content Creation:Multimedia digital content including static graphics, gifs, animations, audiograms and more.Repurpose existing content into new formats to maximize reach, engagement and shareability.Coordinate with Brand Marketing and Brand Design to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging across all marketing collateral.Social Media Management:Manage distribution of video and digital content across Acast's social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and Threads ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging with followers.Build and nurture online communities of podcast creators and advertisers, fostering dialogue and providing inspiration.Project Management & Collaboration:Organize and prioritise multiple production timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.Maintain a well-organised library of footage, assets, final deliverables and other creative assets for future use.Work closely with the Marketing, Communications, and Brand teams to ensure content aligns with overall strategy and campaigns.Collaborate with podcast creators and advertisers to generate content that highlights their success stories and promotes the Acast platform.Performance Monitoring:Measure the performance of video campaigns and digital content using analytics tools.Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (views, watch time, engagement, conversion), offering data-driven insights to optimize future content.Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience: 2+ years experience in a video production/editing or similar role (in-house or agency). Ideally within the media or technology industry with B2B experience.Video production skills: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality short-form & long-form video content for multiple platforms-from concept to final delivery. Strong skills with Adobe Suite, particularly Premier Pro and After Effects.Portfolio showcasing diverse video deliverables: Video examples including expert talking heads with overlay graphics, product walkthroughs & demonstrations with motion graphics, case study videos, video ad creativesDigital production skills: Ability to create engaging and informative digital-first content including static graphics, gifs, animations, audiograms and more. Proficiency using Canva is a plus.Social media expertise: Understanding of social media platforms, content best practices, and emerging trends in digital content.Passion for podcasting: A genuine interest in the podcasting industry and Acast's role in its growth.Strong collaborative spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team and with external partners.Data-driven mindset: Comfortable using data and analytics to inform content and measure performance.Bonus Points:Experience working with creators, influencers or podcasters.Familiarity with Acast's platform and services.
