Swift Collective is a creative video production company working with some of the UK's most exciting brands and startups. We're growing - and we're looking for a talented Video Editor & Content Creator to join our small but mighty team.
This role is editing-focused (around 85% of your time), but we'd also love you to occasionally capture behind-the-scenes content on shoots (iPhone) and help us create content for Swift Collective's own channels.

The Role

Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)

Perform basic colour grading (S-Log3)

Manage multiple projects and deliver on time

Estimate edit times accurately and meet deadlines

Understand and deliver different video styles and formats for social-first content

Review, revise, and improve edits based on feedback

Join client/team meetings to share ideas and creative input

Occasionally shoot behind-the-scenes and support content creation

About You

1+ year of experience as a video editor (agency, brand, or freelance)

Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus: After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)

Strong sense of design, pacing, and storytelling

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly under tight timelines

Open to feedback, proactive, and eager to grow

Portfolio/showreel showcasing your editing work is essential
