As part of ImageNova's expansion moving forward, we are looking for a new, core member of our friendly and thriving team to help manage our productions, clients, and offer video editing support. The role will drive future growth within a business that has clear objectives but is open to new ideas and innovations. You will be working directly with the Managing Directors to achieve responsibilities and duties, listed below.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing projects, organising editing schedules and delivery- Editing a variety of different projects, working with client on changes and overseeing delivery of final edit to client.- Liaising with clients and managing relationships and strategy- Organising production shoots and on set management of film shoots. Working and managing productions on set, working with the internal - - - - ImageNova team and directly with the client.- Attending meetings and events as required.- Target driven and have a focus on achieving targets and helping grow the business.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Project/Operations Management experience essential- Adobe Suite experience essential (Including Adobe Premiere Pro)- To be able to communicate at all levels with your team and clientele.- Good interpersonal skills with ability to get on with people at all levels.- Excellent communication and written skills.- Excellent organisational ability.DESIRABLE SKILLS- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.- A passion for films and storytelling- Willingness to learn and take on-board new skills- A team player that that can work in a creative environmentWORKING HOURS, PATTERNS AND ENVIRONMENT- 12 days per month (8 hour days)- Office hours are 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Although flexible hours are offered, deadline dependant.
