Video Editor (Full-time Job)

Location: BERLIN, Germany - This is a full-time position (40h/week) with hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.

Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. In short, it's the "Netflix" of the dance world. Founded in 2021 in Berlin, it has rapidly grown with subscribers worldwide. The top countries are the USA, Europe, and Japan. We produce Masterclasses, Follow-Along Training Videos, and Documentary Films.

Who You Are
You are a creative Content Video Editor who enjoys crafting engaging visual stories - from follow-along workouts to dynamic interviews and cinematic teasers. You're not a traditional film editor waiting on a director's cut - you're hands-on, autonomous, and proactive in shaping digital-first content.

You:

Own the edit - From raw footage to final export, you craft content that is sharp, engaging, and on-brand.

Think like a producer - You can structure a video, make editorial decisions, and improve content flow - even with limited footage.

Handle multiple formats - Whether it's vertical Reels, long-form lessons, or trailers - you adapt your edits for different platforms and audiences.

Collaborate and lead - You're comfortable giving feedback to freelancers or junior editors and maintain quality and style consistency across projects.

Move fast - You love working in a high-output, media-focused environment where new content is always in the pipeline.

Use modern tools - You're fluent in Adobe Premiere and familiar with AI tools or plugins that speed up your workflow (like auto-subtitling, voice-to-text, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:
Over 3 years work experience
Expertise in Adobe Premiere
