What you'll be working on:
Owning the creation of video content across our marketing channels - from concept to final cut
Producing short-form and long-form videos for product launches, social media, events, and paid campaigns
Working closely with the growth and product teams to storyboard and script compelling narratives
Capturing footage in studio or on location, with an eye for lighting, composition, and audio quality
Editing video and motion graphics that align with Emma's brand identity
Organising shoots, sourcing talent, and managing equipment and production timelines
Building a consistent visual tone across our video content to strengthen Emma's brand and storytelling.
Who we're looking for:
2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design - ideally within a startup or fast-moving environment
Strong portfolio of video work spanning social content, product explainers, or brand storytelling
Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar) and motion graphics tools
A storyteller at heart - able to translate complex ideas into engaging, human-centred video
Comfortable working end-to-end: shooting, lighting, editing, and delivering polished content
Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and a keen eye for detail
Passionate about fintech, visual culture, and helping people take control of their money
