Reporting to the Studio Production Manager, this creative Video Editor / Colour Grader role sits at the heart of the post-production team. You will be involved in creating exciting and engaging content for multiple digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TV and Cinema.

The right candidate will be somebody who is passionate about storytelling, someone that has the drive to create powerful, shareable online content. You will have an eye for design and full comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Premiere and colour grading software such as Davinci Resolve.

The role requires a focused, hardworking individual ready to go the extra mile when needed to. You will need to be able to remain calm and professional within a fast-paced environment with occasional tight turnaround deadlines.

You will have a hunger to learn new industry standard software and plugins and be able to grasp new information quickly. You must be well organised and ensure that the quality of work you produce is of a consistently high standard.

You must have at least 3 years experience in a digital marketing agency or equivalent and provide an up to date portfolio of your work as this will be discussed in your initial interview.

Working with the Executive Creative Director, creative lead, producers and in-house / external production team you will play a leading role in the development of all content created by Clearhead. You must work well as a team player in a studio environment; motivating and supporting other creative staff and freelance talent, while adding value to the agency in any other areas you can.

What you'll be doing:
• Editing engaging content using Adobe Premiere.
• Working collaboratively with the creative teams within the company.
• Providing creative input for any projects you are working on.
• Applying a colour grade using Davinci Resolve to all content.
• Audio mix and master final audio for the majority of film productions.
• Research and source music for all productions
• Exporting to multiple formats for web, TV and cinema - a knowledge of codecs and wrappers is a plus.
• Research new ways to speed up work?ow, including new plugins, software and shortcuts.
• Adhering to client branding guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Occasionally communicate directly with clients via our project management software.
• Ensure all project files are managed and organised correctly, efficiently and effectively.

We'd love to meet someone who has:
• At least 3 years experience in a video editor role.
• Extensive knowledge of Premiere Pro (and After Effects is an added bonus but not required).
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Pro?cient knowledge of colour grading apps such as Davinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of a VFX work?ow.
• Commitment to finding new ways of speeding up work?ow practices.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Understanding of social media and how to publish onto different platforms.
• Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Genuine passion for their craft.
