A fantastic opportunity for a Producer to join an ambitious branded video content
production company.
For this key appointment we are looking for a collaborative and experienced
Producer who can be responsible for the development and successful production of
projects across our diverse portfolio of client accounts, including top global brands.
Foremost the position requires an individual who is passionate about creating quality
work that delivers top results for our clients.
Engaged on a project from briefing through to final delivery, the Producer will use
their skills, experience and processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
throughout every stage of a project.

Key responsibilities
¿ Must be passionate about creating quality work
¿ Strong project planning abilities: scheduling, foresight planning and budget
management
¿ Be able to identify and recommend the best production approach and define
this in a clear Statement of Work
¿ Choosing the right team and resource for your projects and work. As well as
managing and motivating them to deliver on time and within budget
¿ Communicate the status of your projects both internally to the team and to
the client, actively managing risks and issues
¿ Receive and manage client feedback
¿ Hold responsibility for the creative output and project deliverables
¿ Carrying out a project completion review with the client and relay successes
and learning to the rest of the team
¿ Working with our Business Development and Creative Director to handle and
develop incoming enquiries and opportunities
¿ Be able to adjudicate creative work in relation to a brief and provide
constructive feedback; acting as the client voice within Bear Jam
¿ Have a good understanding of the brands you work with; their definitions,
characteristics and goals
¿ Ensure professional management of the client relationship by documenting
progress, providing updates and implementing versioning control

Required Skills:
¿ Have a proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships
¿ Proven experience of dealing with high volume and quick turnaround projects
¿ Must hold experience in overseeing post production
¿ A natural leader with excellent problem solving abilities
¿ An interpersonal individual who can communicate clearly
¿ Have confidence and plenty of energy to present creative concepts
¿ Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
¿ An excellent negotiator
¿ Have great attention to detail
