Video Content Producer

London

Working alongside our digital and social teams you will be expected to help capture and edit outstanding, engaging video content that ensures Global remains at the top of the media industry. You will be creating bespoke content for the Capital brand, working with our presenters as well as ideating, capturing and editing digital ideas with a variety of talent.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Creation (70%):
Produce high-quality video content, to distribute across all our social channels as well as Global Player the official Capital app.
Set up shoots and operate camera, sound and lighting equipment.
Use Adobe Premiere Pro to create visually appealing, engaging videos.
Adapt content for various platforms, tailoring edits to maximise audience engagement.
Technical Expertise & Innovation (10%):
You will also need to assist in the recording and playout of video content - using a variety of hardware and streaming softwares - so any previous experience with vision mixing/other video playout systems/workflows, would be advantegous.
Content Stratergy & Collaboration (20%):
Contribute to idea sessions and influence how we can improve our content, edits and how we can make them memorable and shareable.
Foster strong relationships across teams to maintain consistent production excellence.
Working closely with the Digital Content Producer to create innovative, engaging content.

What You'll Need:
Passion for Content: A love for pop music and culture and being able to translate that into engaging videos.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential; experience with vision mixing and live streaming is highly desirable.
Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms and content adaptation.
Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining high production standards across all projects.
Flexibility & Positivity: Willingness to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism.
