As a BT Business Video Content Designer, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production - from conception to delivery. This includes idea generation, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.

You'll also be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You'll have the following accountabilities:

Managing video projects from conception to completion
Planning and coordinating all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production as well as handling any disruptions to projects
Scripting and storyboarding video content
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Presenting ideas to stakeholders and maintain relationships with them
Directing and overseeing video shoots, ensuring that all elements align with the project vision
Editing, grading and sounding edit complete videos
Creating simple animations when needed
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand video needs and requirements and presenting them with ideas for videos
Ensuring that all video content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging

You'll have the following skills & experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience working as part of a production team
A degree in film, media, management, production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
Strong negotiation, planning, and budgeting skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
Good knowledge of videography techniques, equipment, lighting, and sound
High attention to detail
Passionate, professional, and creative

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Understanding of web design principles and user experience concepts
Experience with photography and search engine optimization (SEO)
