As our full-time Video Content Creator, you'll be responsible for delivering video content for our social media, paid ads, website and more. We're growing our creative studio and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging content, and understands what works best for each channel (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).You'll be joining our growing creative studio, reporting to our Creative Lead and working alongside our Copywriter, Graphic & Motion Designers, Marketing Managers and Creative Producer. You'll have strong, versatile video skills and be ready to come up with concepts, collaborate with the team to refine them, grab a camera or phone to shoot content, edit footage to optimise for each channel, and iterate on previous content to improve performance.You will:Monitor social video trends and present ideas for paid and organic social media, including video-first channels like TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTubeProduce video content for social media platforms, including spotting opportunities, pitching concepts, shooting and editing videos and creating motion graphicsCollaborate with the Marketing team to plan monthly video output, advise on content prioritisation and strategy, and review incoming video requestsContribute to ideation and concepting, collaborating with our Paid Social to review performance of previous assets to keep optimising themSupport the Brand Manager and Copywriter on producing spontaneous, playful content for our social channelsSupport in organising video production at editorial shoots, including coordinating in-house and freelance capacity, and editing where appropriate.Collaborate on projects produced by external agencies and content creatorsYou will report to the Creative Design Lead, and will be supported by our in-house Motion Designer - but you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously and independently.About SPOKEHow it started ...SPOKE began with one big idea: Fit comes first - but most brands can't deliver it.They churn through styles and spread themselves thin across lots of stores - leaving leave huge size gaps, which we all fall through.
