We are looking for a Video Content Creator to help us make our sandbox adventure game, where players design and build their own creations through a mix of crafting, combat and discovery.

Payload Studios are makers of the award-winning TerraTech and we're working on our very ambitious new title: TerraTech Worlds! This is an open-world, PvE survival game set on distant alien planets. Build, explore and craft-solo or via online co-op-to harness the power of uncharted worlds.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week spent working at our office in Farringdon, central London, and the option to work up to 3 days from home.

As a Video Producer, you'll be:
* Planning, organising and hosting streams
* Recording and editing gameplay footage for various purposes,
* Producing and shooting high-quality video content for multiple platforms
* Analysing the latest trends and content patterns on social platforms such as TikTok and constantly thinking of new engaging and creative ways to communicate to audiences.
* Create reports on the video or stream to analyse performance

Requirements
* You'll be a confident user of video platforms such as TikTok and Youtube
* You'll need multiple years of experience creating and editing high-quality video content.
* A strong understanding of cinematography principles, such as shot composition, lighting, and camera movement
* Experience with Adobe After Effects
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
* Experience working in the video games industry
* Good understanding of the Game Development process
* Strong time management skills
