An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Video Content Creator to join Foundry as part of the company's in-house creative team which sits within the broader Marketing function of the business. Responsible for creating compelling and engaging video content for the company, your work will be both internal and public facing; representing Foundry in both online and offline channels.

Foundry operates in the world of Media and Entertainment and spans across animation, VFX, games & digital design markets so you will be working in very exciting creative industries. We are a multi-product matrix company too so you will also work on different products, often at the same time so ability to stay agile, flexible, work with a degree of ambiguity and not being afraid to push for information, approvals etc is critical for success. Your work will typically include producing video case studies, product and marketing videos, webinars, interviews, infographics, brochures, presentations and social-first marketing content.

You'll have a passion for the latest techniques in video and a strong understanding of video production with experience managing end-to-end video content and projects. From pre to post production, you must be willing to get stuck in at all stages of the process presenting concepts through to storyboards and edits working closely with the rest of the content and marketing team as well as wider stakeholders in product team etc to enable you to produce visually compelling content that lands the message effectively and builds our brand and meet commercial goals too.

As we work with our customer on case studies often, this role will also have an element of client facing relations as you set up production and interviews with key customers.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES.
* Lead Foundry's end-to-end video production, from concept; storyboarding and scripting (with help of copywriters and designers) through to producing and directing shoots, managing footage/servers, editing, animating motion graphics and shooting live action
* Create video content, bespoke motion graphics and animations for integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, social media and any other projects and initiatives from marketing and content plans and briefs
* Work as part of Foundry's in-house creative team in partnership with copywriters and graphic designers to effectively deliver content for marketing purposes (internal and external)
* Track performance of video activities and its performance and report on the effectiveness of campaigns including learnings to take forward to make improvements based on findings
* Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in video technology and proactively bring them into Foundry's video content to ensure the highest quality content
* Responsible for the planning, recording and creation of regular Webinars and translations to ensure reach and accessibility across the globe, across multiple products in partnership with Foundry's Industry Marketing team
* Attend industry events and generate relevant and engaging video content
* Management of video content budget and ensuring we stay on budget and tracking against performance to ensure best ROI
* Maintain and develop Foundry's in-house video kit to ensure production is effective
* Liaise with key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure timely reviews and approvals
* Build and maintain relationships with a worldwide client base in order to acquire imagery, footage and quotes from artists, post-production houses, production companies, designers etc for a variety of content uses and maintain a database of all material acquired by external parties, along with credits and permissions
* Brief, manage and evaluate an extended team of creatives including freelancers, copywriters, editors, sound engineers, production companies, film crews, etc. where relevant
* Maintain and update briefing templates and content calendars, working with the wider marketing team to implement content strategy, track milestones and deliverables

Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house brand marketing team
* Extensive Motion Graphic experience is crucial for this role
* Video content production experience essential - editing, animation and live-action
* Competency with Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects. Photoshop and Illustrator desirable
* Creative mindset, with a meticulous eye for detail, style and tone
* Ability to work with degree of ambiguity at times and staying agile due to multiple products, departments and audiences (internal and external)
* Ability to track performance and report insights to inform best video practises
* Strong time and project management skills essential
