Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.The RoleAs a VFX Production Coordinator in the Film & Episodic team at Framestore, you'll be engaging daily with VFX Artists, Leads & Supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the production workflows for high-end visual effects shows. You will play a key role in making sure that the artist's schedules are on target, and you'll be there to support the wider production team.Additionally, you'll be responsible for: Liaising with Line Producers, Leads and Supervisors to track and manage the workflow through the departments meeting internal and external deadlinesOrganise dailies, rounds and meetings, taking clear and comprehensive notes and ensuring the production database is up to date.Provide clear communication between crew including Supervisors, Leans and other members of the production team.Anticipate and communicate issues to the Line Producer and Supervisor to resolve problems quickly.Maintain an accurate summary of progress from the previous day's work by artistsHelp to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being proactive and solution-orientatedOther ad hoc duties as may reasonably be expected Job requirementsJob Requirements: Excellent organisation time/project management skillsAble to work within a team towards a common goalBasic understanding of live-action and CG-based visual effects workflowsExperience and knowledge of using Shotgun software Desirable Skills:Previous experience at Junior Production Coordinator or Production Assistant levelExisting knowledge of Framestore production databases (e.g. Shotgun)Good knowledge of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel and Project)Lateral thinking skillsAccessibility StatementOur London studio is fully accessible, with step-free entry, accessible toilets on all floors, and quiet spaces available.
