We are seeking a VFX Producer to have a pivotal role in our studio, situated in the heart of a creative agency in SoHo.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to assist in influencing the growth of Be Grizzlee and assist in realising our team's natural drive for high end creative projects.

Responsibilities:
* Have experience, and is able to assist, when needed, on other core assets of Be Grizzlee with our high-volume localisation accounts and projects.
* Collaborative, efficient, organised, versatile, problem solving, caring, calm, considerate, friendly and enjoyable will be key.
* This role will involve pitching and winning high-end creative VFX projects.
* Working closely with all the other Be Grizzle environments.
* Liaising between clients, creatives artists and other Production colleagues.

Requirements:
* You will understand how to prioritise and react accordingly.
* Understanding client needs and also artist needs, assimilating information and delivering clear instructions within planned time scales.
* Reporting on project status and billing to senior managers.
* You have a good understanding to what can be achieved with use of Creative Cloud software, Discreet & Foundry based software and rendering. Being able to understand these workflows and how they can work alongside each other.
* Knowledge of encodes and digital workflows & specifications.
* Able to liaise with artists and engineers to find best practical solutions.
* Familiar with bidding and scheduling systems and is eager to learn the latest software.
