An exciting producer role at a creative digital agency, responsible for the smooth - running relationship with the UK marketing team of a key studio client in terms of the provision of re-versioning and localisation services.

The successful candidate will be fluent in German.

The COMPANY

Our client is a renowned digital media agency, supporting key film studio clients with end-to-end content and distribution services.

The ROLE

You will constantly engage with the client, utilising strong project management skills to deliver on their requirements.

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage the provision of a full and professional client service, ensuring that all creative & post production jobs flow efficiently.
• Oversee the day-to-day oversight of localisation projects for various territories, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Ensure that a high level of client service and client engagement is maintained at all times.
• Liaise with multiple teams to ensure that delivery timescales are met, and production briefs are met.
• Deliver consistency of output and work with operations to ensure quality control standards are adhered to.
• Provide all necessary information for the purposes of client billing and the raising of invoices where appropriate.

The CANDIDATE

With previous demonstrable experience of working within a post production operation, you will have a track record of providing a high level service to major clients through top-quality account management.

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels.

Lastly, you will have great organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication in German is required.
