COVID SUPERVISOR - LONDON - ASAP until 28TH of SEPTEMBER

Feature film for Netflix is looking for a UK COVID supervisor to ensure awareness of and compliance with COVID protocols across all work sites and ensure effective support for the COVID team and crew for UK part of filming.

Responsibilities/Job description:

-Be fully aware of COVID guidelines for the shoot and for each department and confident in communicating these to others
-Work with the Production COVID Supervisor and HODs to ensure all crew understand and follow the protocols
-Recruit and train an effective COVID team, including Set Officer, Set Assistants and cleaners
-Work closely with the COVID Coordinator and Production COVID Coordinator to
ensure all cast and crew are cleared for work / travel and remain in testing cadence
-Oversee the COVID set team and ensure high standards are maintained in terms of compliance and team relationships with crew
-Have a presence on set, especially on testing days, to ensure smooth running of processes and address any queries
-Manage the COVID budget for the UK shoot
-Keep clear and full admin records

Requirements:
-Experience of working on a COVID team previously, preferably as a Supervisor or Coordinator or similar role
-Excellent communication skills in writing and in person / over video call
-Additional relevant training will be provided for the right candidate
